At this time, Oklahoma State University does not have any dormitory rooms available for our use.
Hotels & Motels
Arrangements have been made with several area motels to block-off rooms and provide special pricing for those attending the meeting, and these are highlighted below. To avoid confusion with other church groups, it is strongly recommended that you make reservations under an individual's name, rather than your church's name. Any unclaimed rooms will be released on or before September 24. After this date, the contract rates may not be valid. Additional motels are included at the end of the list. If shown, rates listed for these facilities are based upon published standard room rates, not contracts.
