Registration

A registration fee of $40 is required to attend the conference. Three meals are included in the fee, along with the workbook materials. To help us plan properly, please mail your registration count to us so that it is received no later than September 26. If you are concerned that the postal service may not deliver your forms by this date, please fax a copy or phone in your totals. It is not required that you include the registration fees with the mailing, though prepayment is recommended to expedite the check-in process once you arrive.
